I meet with all customers individually to take details of the work requested and advise and plan with them, using my knowledge and skills of the trade in order to ensure clarity and a clear vision for the job. I provide a quote and timescales for completion of the work so that customers can make an informed decision about using my services.
I work hard to ensure that I follow through on all work and communicate with customers at all stages of the work. I keep the area tidy as I work and clear away when I leave a site. I invoice customers on completion of the work.

I work in a way that promotes safety and security at all times. I am aware of the individual needs of customers, and I aim to meet these at all times; e.g., when working with families with small children, I work at a time that suits families. I am fully insured and CRB Checked.
